We are excited to announce that the College will be a supporting body of Medlab Middle East for another year. The new College President, Dr Bernie Croal, will be there in his first overseas engagement, accompanied by other College fellows and members of the International team, from Monday 5 to Thursday 8 February.
We are looking forward to hosting and contributing to a variety of opportunities the congress offers to its visitors, as outlined below.
A workshop will be hosted by the College on Monday 5 February from 13.45 to 15.45 GST. Dr Bernie Croal will open the workshop by sharing some of the College’s history and his vision for the College and its international work. Professor Walid Al-Wali will discuss the global challenge of antimicrobial resistance in the Middle East and beyond in his presentation. This will be followed by an opportunity to network.
The workshop is open to anyone who is a member of the College, or who has an interest in the work of the College and who will be at Medlab Middle East. If you are interested in attending and have not previously registered for this workshop, please email [email protected].
