• Chaired by Prof. Mike Laffan. Professor of haemostasis and thrombosis in the department of haematology at Imperial College London and Director of the Hammersmith Hospital Haemophilia Centre. He is chair of the British Society of Haematology Task Force on Haemostasis and Thrombosis and Chair of the UK Bleeding Disorders study group.
• Dr Deepa Arachchillage. Consultant haematologist specialising in haemostasis and thrombosis and honorary Senior Lecturer at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.
• Dr Susie Shapiro. Consultant haematologist at the Oxford Haemophilia and Thrombosis Centre and Associate Professor of Haematology at the University of Oxford.
• Dr Will Lester. Consultant haematologist at University Hospitals Birmingham, clinical service lead for Birmingham Women’s Hospital haematology laboratory and fetal anomaly screening service, and honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer in the Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences, University of Birmingham.
