TOPICS COVERED

Three expert speakers will discuss three different disease areas - AMR and sepsis, Alzheimer's and dementia and heart disease. Each speaker will cover:

  • Scale of the problem (UK focus)?
  • What role can diagnostic technologies play in relieving the burden?
  • Why is it taking so long for diagnostic innovations to reach the NHS?
  • Call to action to help accelerate frontline use of new tests?

RCPath President, Dr Bernie Croal will open the event and take part in the panel discussion/ Q&A.

This event is a collaboration between Roche Diagnostics and The Royal College of Pathologists.
