As part of our commitment to supporting our members, we’re planning improvements to our website. This work is part of the College’s digital transformation project, a multi-year programme to transform all College IT and digital systems.

We are asking for your help in improving the website. 

Undertaking research with our members will provide us with valuable information that we can use to inform the design of our website. This research will also help us to improve the way our navigation menus and pages are structured, making it easier for members to find what they are looking for. 

We will be asking for volunteers to take part in short user testing studies that will be in 2 parts. These studies will be an opportunity to provide feedback on the current website, test the proposed new structure and feedback on the new changes. 

  • Part 1: In November/December 2024 – complete a short survey about our current website and undertake a series of 5 tasks on a new proposed website structure. 
  • Part 2: In September/October 2025 – complete a short survey about our updated website. 

Participants will be required to undertake both parts. Surveys will take around 10 minutes to complete and the task testing around 15–20 minutes altogether.
