Freedom to Speak Up Policy
Whistleblowing is defined as the disclosure by a person to those in authority of evidence of malpractice, corruption, illegality or some other wrongdoing.
The College’s policy makes it clear that you can do so without fear of retaliation. This whistleblowing policy is intended to encourage and enable employees to raise serious concerns within the College rather than overlooking a problem or 'blowing the whistle' outside.
